- Delivered worldwide, instantly via email.
Design & Handling Time
Design, editing, and preparation take 14 business days.
(Weekends and public holidays are not included. High-demand periods may add slight delays.)

Tracking Your Order
Once your canvas is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation message with your tracking number attached, giving you access to real-time tracking updates so you can follow your delivery every step of the way with confidence.
Digital files are sent directly to your email.
Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Orders returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address may incur additional fees for redelivery and cannot be refunded.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your canvas arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 30 days.
We will organize a replacement as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each canvas is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If we made an error or you receive a defective item, we will fix it promptly.
