Shipping policy
Every portrait is made to order, just for you. Here's what to expect from the moment you place your order.
How long it takes
- Your artwork: I create your portrait within 2–5 business days. If you've asked for a preview, I'll email it to you for approval first.
- Printed portraits (canvas and fine art prints): once you approve your artwork, your portrait is printed and assembled in Australia and arrives within 2–4 weeks, depending on your location.
- Digital artwork: your high-resolution file (300 dpi, PNG and JPEG) is emailed within 2–5 business days of approval.
Business days don't include weekends or public holidays. Busy times like Christmas and Mother's Day can add a few extra days.

Shipping cost
Free on all printed orders, Australia-wide.
Tracking your order
As soon as your portrait is on its way, you'll get an email with your tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Please check your address
Make sure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. If a parcel comes back because of an incorrect address, redelivery may cost extra.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your portrait arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email me within 30 days with a photo of the damage (or your order number) and I'll send a replacement free of charge.
Returns
Because each portrait is personalised, I can't accept change-of-mind returns. See my Returns & Refunds Policy for the details.
