Ordering is simple through our online platform. Just select your preferred material and size, upload your photo, and add an indication if you’d like. Once you complete the checkout, an order summary will be sent straight to your email.

Yes, we can combine multiple photos into one painting. Just upload your images, and we’ll handle the rest. If you have any special requests, feel free to leave a note for our designers.
Yes, we can repair tears, scratches, stains, discoloration, fading, and missing areas.
Absolutely, we include unlimited free revisions.
If you request a preview, we will finalise the design with you before printing. You may request unlimited revisions. Our artwork follows a consistent, clean painting style, so by viewing the examples on our website, you can get a good idea of how your final piece will look.

All our portraits are designed in Darwin and printed and assembled in Melbourne.

We currently offer free shipping Australia-wide on all physical prints. Digital artwork will be delivered straight to your inbox once your order is complete.
Any changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Cancellations or photo changes after this period will incur a $25 fee per item/design.
If a bulk order discount applies, it will be shown in your shopping cart. If not, you can email us with the subject “Offer Request,” and we’ll provide a quote. Please note this option is for bulk quantity orders only.

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please make sure to do so within 12 hours of placing it. After the 12-hour window, your order will have already entered production, and design fees will be deducted before any refund is issued. For full details, please refer to our terms and conditions.

Our online store is protected by an SSL certificate, ensuring all information you enter is encrypted and cannot be accessed by third parties.
All orders can be tracked at https://www.ausomelovestudio.com/apps/order-tracking. Enter your order number and email, and you should be able to track your order.
Delivery times are usually listed in each product description. In general, orders arrive within 7–14 days, depending on the item. If you experience any delays, please contact us right away and we’ll help you check the status of your order.
We select the most reliable and convenient shipping method based on your delivery address to ensure your order arrives safely.
Paintings are meant to be viewed from a distance, so fine details won’t be 100% identical to the original photo. If every detail were replicated perfectly, it would simply look like a regular photograph rather than a painted artwork.
We create the artwork based on your original photo, exactly as it is. The level of detail in the final painting depends on the quality of the image you provide with your order.
