Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for choosing Ausome Love Studio. We truly appreciate your purchase and hope you love your custom artwork. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please contact us at info@ausomelovestudio.au — we’ll do our best to make things right.
How We Proceed
All our products are custom-designed and printed after you place your order.
Preview Requests:
- Customers may request a preview before printing.
- If a preview is requested (or required due to special requests), we will create and send a mock-up within 24–48 hours.
- Please note: during holiday periods, this may take longer.

After sending the preview:
- A reminder will be sent after 24 hours.
- If we receive no response within 24 hours of the reminder, we reserve the right to proceed with printing and shipping to avoid delays.
Cancellations & Returns
Because your order is personalised:
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.
- After 12 hours, your order will likely be in progress and may not be eligible for cancellation.
- If cancellation is approved and the item has not yet shipped, a $20 design fee will be deducted from your refund.
- If your order has already shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel, refund, or accept returns.
- Additional design fees may apply if you request a picture change after work has already started.
Defects or Damage
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Please email us with a photo or short video clearly showing the issue.
- Once assessed and approved, Ausome Love Studio will send a replacement at no cost.
- We will also provide instructions on how to handle the damaged/defective item.
